I have had multiple sessions with Lynn & she is fantastic at holding space. The techniques she uses of sensing into your body and then taking the feeling outside of your body work really well to stabilize a tough memory or trauma experience. I always feel safe with Lynn because she is very present and listens to what you are saying, but also listens to what you might not be saying…that’s where the magic happens. In this last session I had, Lynn wrote down all the positive affirmations/new beliefs I want my inner child to hear & at the end she read them out loud again, which was really powerful for me. I can’t recommend Lynn enough!
